About AIM Faucet
Our parent company, Wenzhou Dinggu Technology, has been doing this for 20 years. We're based in China, but we ship to over 50 countries—Europe, South Korea, Russia, you name it.
We've got a pretty big setup:
- 10,000+ square meter workshop
- Make up to 80,000 faucets a month
- Use good equipment—Italian casting machines, Taiwanese CNC centers
And we can start with as few as 50 pieces if you want to test things out. Most orders take about 35 days from start to finish.

What we can make for you
Kitchen faucets
You know the usual kinds—pull-out, pull-down, sensor-operated. We can make whatever works with your countertop designs.
Bathroom sink faucets
We've got different installation options:
- Single hole
- Two hole
- Wall mounted
- Deck Mounted
They all have hot and cold controls with temperature displays, and some even have smart sensors. And you can pick different handle styles to match your brand's look.
Shower systems
We make a few types:
- Exposed shower sets (the pipes show)
- Concealed shower sets (pipes hidden in the wall)
- Thermostatic shower sets (keeps water temperature steady)
- Exposed shower mixers
All brass bodies with that PVD coating that resists corrosion pretty well.
Bathtub faucets
Two main styles here:
- Wall mounted
- Freestanding (the ones that stand next to the tub)
Most come with a hand shower and diverter.
How we make sure they're good quality
Starting materials
- We use 59 brass—test it with a spectrum analyzer to make sure it's right
- Stainless steel parts are 304 food-grade
- Rubber seals are imported silicone
During production, we check:
- Sizes—make sure everything's within 0.05mm of what it should be
- Coatings—they need to be 8-12μm thick and stick really well
- Corrosion resistance—put parts in salt spray for 480 hours to see if they hold up
- Valve life—test them by switching on and off 500,000 times
- Pressure—test at 1.05MPa for 30 minutes to make sure nothing leaks
- Water flow—gotta meet those water-saving standards
- How they look—make sure they match the drawings exactly
And every finished product has to pass those certifications I mentioned earlier.
